The application, its structure, its code, its visual identity, its texts and the analysis method it implements are the property of Ryze Systems. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

A diagnostic produced by the service is a confidential document addressed to its recipient. It is given to them for their own use: they remain free to use it internally, but its public distribution is not authorised.

The names, trademarks and logos of third-party companies that may be displayed, including those of the recipient of a diagnostic, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which specifies what is collected, why, with which service providers, and how to exercise your rights.

The diagnostics produced by the service are based on the information supplied by the recipient or their contact person and on publicly accessible material. Investment estimates are indicative orders of magnitude: they are neither a quote nor a contractual commitment.

The service may link to third-party sites (appointment booking, messaging, company websites). Ryze Systems has no control over their content and accepts no liability for them.

This service is governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Lausanne, the publisher’s registered office.

This choice does not deprive a person residing in the European Union of the mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence, nor of their rights under the GDPR (see the privacy policy).
